SHIPPING
1. We offer free local delivery within 10 miles from Benenden

2. We offer free delivery on orders over £50
3. We aim to post orders within 2-3 working days
4. You should be receiving your package within 3-4 working days after shipped*
5. When possible we re-use paper and boxes for your our shipping
6. Bespoke orders should be delivered within 7 working days, this is due to the custom orders being made on request.
7. Delivery of all orders will be done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly send us a mail at contact@candlewise.co.uk within 2 hours of placing the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We are confident that you will love our creations, but if for a reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to refund you.
Refunds can be processed within a 14 day period of receiving the products back. This is subject to the product being unused and received back to us in the same condition as sent out.
If any of the products been used, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

Upon receipt, please check your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Despite packing carefully and working with trustable couriers, sometimes things doesn't go as planned. If something happened with your parcel, please contact us.
We do not offer exchanges.
